Laimage will deliver customers order via NinjaVan, Gdex and Mr Speedy
Shipping costs are as follows:
1. NinjaVan Express (normally 1-3 days, if postcode is not covered, the parcel will be shipped with Gdex instead)
West Malaysia (Peninsular Malaysia): RM 9 flat rate.
East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): Within the 1st kilogram: RM 20, if above, extra fee will be added.
2. Same-Day delivery using Mr Speedy (Kuala Lumpur &Klang Valley): Price will be calculated by Mr Speedy system upon checkout.
Please ensure the name, contact number and mailing address provided are correct. Parcels non-deliverable will be sent back to Laimage maternity. In such instances, customers will be charged the ‘return way’ mailing costs (as charged by the courier company).
Goods will be returned and order will be canceled if we are unable to get in touch with you.
The balance after deduction of return shipping fee will be refunded to you.
Laimage maternity will email to customer the tracking code to enable customer to track
the exact whereabouts of your order through the respective courier companies’ tracking system.
